Job summary

TVH is hiring an FP&A Manager for North America in Olathe, KS. This hybrid, full‑time role partners with regional leaders to translate strategy into actionable financial metrics, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and drive cross‑functional financial strategy across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of FP&A, financial control, or corporate finance in a global/matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, driver-based planning, 3-statement modeling, and Oracle EPM (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial partner and advisor for senior regional management.
• Translate global TVH strategy into KPIs, strategy maps, and dashboards for North America.
• Develop financial business cases for capital investments and growth initiatives.
• Lead regional budgeting, rolling forecasts, and planning cycles.
• Contribute to finance policy development aligning global procedures with regional needs.
• Drive reporting modernization and long-term analytical frameworks.
• Collect financial data and perform variance, trend, and profitability analyses.
• Ensure timely internal management reporting up to consolidated regional level.
• Co-design and lead corporate strategic projects including regional M&A support.
• Build an international network to influence cross-functional decisions.
