Meshy, a Silicon Valley-based 3D generative AI company, is seeking a Field Marketing & Ecosystem Lead to own our North America in-person presence. You will design and run field programs, from small executive gatherings to large industry events, and build relationships with studios, creators, investors, and organizations shaping 3D and AI.

Founding role in a growing function, collaborating with Growth, Sales, and Partnerships, reporting to the VP of Growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in field marketing, ecosystem or partner marketing or similar roles.
• Strong network in the Bay Area tech ecosystem with activation capability.
• Proven track record designing in-person programs that drive business results.
• Hands-on with budgets, logistics, and end-to-end execution.
• Excellent communicator able to engage executives, artists, and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, planning, and execution of North America field marketing for Meshy.
• Build and maintain relationships across gaming, 3D, and AI ecosystems.
• Represent Meshy at industry events and create engagement opportunities for leadership.
• Partner with Sales to align field programs with business priorities and outcomes.
• Track, measure, and report on program impact.
• Build processes, vendor relations, and a scalable team.
