What you’ll do
- Reporting to the Head of DTC & Marketplace, deliver accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts across owned DTC site and key marketplace partners (e.g., Amazon).
- Leverage data-driven insights, media pacing, and inventory alignment to ensure sales targets and margin goals are achieved while supporting promotional and product-launch strategies across online channels.
- Translate forecasts into inventory requirements by SKU and platform; partner with supply chain and merchandising to maintain healthy inventory and identify overstock or out-of-stock risks.
- Model revenue and margin impact of DTC promotions, membership events, and marketplace deals; evaluate promotional elasticity and optimize depth and cadence for profitability.
- Forecast launch volume and attach rate for new products across DTC and marketplaces; assess cannibalization risk and provide recommendations for phasing and replenishment.
- Deliver detailed weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting revenue, channel mix, product trends, inventory health, and ROI from paid media and promotions.
- Collaborate with Finance to align forecast inputs and gross-to-net assumptions; with Marketing to model promotional scenarios; and with Analytics to refine forecasting models and reporting accuracy.
- Participate in S&OP as a key input to the consensus forecast, providing unit and revenue projections across channels and ensuring transparency to senior leadership.
The Details
- Location: Based in Seattle, WA. Local candidates preferred.
- Hours: Typical PST business hours, with some flexibility.
- Physical requirements: Ability to sit and screen for long periods.
- Travel requirements: Occasional, approximately 4x per year.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- 5+ years of experience in DTC, eCommerce, or marketplace sales planning, forecasting, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Understanding of eCommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS) and how they influence forecasts.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location: $115,000 - $130,000 USD/annually
Paula’s Choice Skincare determines pay using local, national, and industry data. The posted range may be refined for region and cost of living. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus plan. The exact base salary is determined by experience, skills, education, location, and budget.
