Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead expansion into the Nordics. You will own regional growth, oversee multi-language campaigns, and drive inbound/outbound strategies across B2B channels.

As the local source of truth for marketing, you’ll partner with product, sales, and events to localize messaging, run events, and measure impact, delivering data-driven improvements in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• One of the 4 Nordic languages is a must.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Ownership Pedigree: you have implemented marketing projects from start to finish and owned ROI.
• Entrepreneurial Background: strong drive and high engagement in high-stakes env.
• Thrives in Chaos: dynamic, ever-changing environment with multiple workstreams.
• The Jack of All Trades: broad knowledge in growth marketing from analysis to events.
• DRI Mentality: able to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual for marketing ops.

Responsibilities

• Regional Growth Engine: grow Nordics B2B through lead generation and brand awareness.
• Outbound Strategy: build multi-language outbound sequences.
• Local Events: end-to-end ownership of local industry events, conferences and webinars.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: collaborate on ABM and localized retargeting.
• Analytics & Reporting: monitor performance, produce exec-level reports, data-driven optimizations.
• Localization & Messaging: adapt global voice to Nordic business cultures.
