• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Successful coaching experience.
• Successful recruiting of student-athletes committed to academics and athletics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit quality student-athletes capable of pursuing a baccalaureate degree and maintaining strong graduation rates.
• Design a competitive schedule to maximize development and performance.
• Provide leadership in personal development and mentor student-athletes.
• Coordinate daily operations including travel, logistics, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference and university rules.
