Lakeville Area Schools is seeking a Noon Supervisor to oversee a grade level during outdoor and indoor transitions between playground, cafeteria and classroom. This role requires careful supervision and clear guidance of student behavior.

The candidate must have a high school diploma and be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather for 20–30 minutes, ensuring safety and emotional well-being of students while implementing discipline plans as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to supervise students outdoors in various kinds of weather for 20–30 minutes.
• Responsible for safety and behavior of an entire grade level across playground, cafeteria and classroom with discipline implementation when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch and outdoor time.
• Maintain safety and orderly behavior for the involved grade level.
• Implement discipline plans when necessary to support a positive school climate.
