Job summary

Gridley Unified School District is seeking a vigilant Crossing Guard to supervise students outdoors and help ensure safe transit to and from school. You will enforce school rules and maintain a firm, courteous demeanor when interacting with students.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to follow directions, and capable of working with staff to support a safe campus environment, including assisting with street crossings during morning, lunch, and after-school arrival times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak sufficiently to perform duties.
