Noodles & Company Minot is looking for a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and to deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise a team, coach staff, and ensure quick, friendly service while upholding company standards.

The role requires prior leadership experience in a restaurant, the ability to manage open/close routines, and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety across all areas of the dining room, kitchen, and prep spaces.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
• Own open, mid or close routines for the next shift
• Make sure all food meets company, rules and regulations, and is super-delicious

Your Day in the Life

What You Bring to the Team

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent guest service skills and theability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed
• Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant environment
• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds. Other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
