Job summary

The Anti-Defamation League's Mountain States region in Denver is seeking a Spring 2027 Denver Regional Operations Intern to support nonprofit operations from January 18 to May 21, 2027.

The role offers hands-on experience in office management, community engagement, and program development, with 15 hours per week and a paid rate of $19.84 per hour.

Hybrid on-site work in Denver, CO, and opportunities to present your work at internal forums while collaborating with ADL experts.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for non‑profit work
• Desire to start building career within non-profit sector

Responsibilities

• Attend Mountain States Regional Office meetings to learn ADL’s mission and community service work
• Observe managers and colleagues to gain real‑world experience and understanding of ADL's mission to stop antisemitism, extremism and hate
• Update and maintain databases of key community contacts for timely communication on ADL’s priorities and initiatives
• Provide administrative support to special events and board, committee or community meetings
• Learn real-life decision-making challenges and help develop real-time solutions
• Present work at internal forums within ADL
• Gain hands-on nonprofit office management and community engagement experience
• Collaborate with ADL experts and learn about the varied work to stop defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment
