Qualifications

• Background in marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or related fields is valued.

Responsibilities

• Learning the story, mission, and objectives behind each campaign.
• Representing nonprofit and mission-led organizations across the Indianapolis market.
• Creating engaging conversations around current initiatives.
• Building awareness and generating new supporter interest.
• Contributing toward campaign acquisition and performance goals.
• Tracking feedback and identifying patterns from campaign interactions.
• Working closely with the team to continuously improve results.
