Job summary

BPM LLP is seeking an Assurance Supervisor to execute audits, review work, and consult with leaders and client personnel on assurance engagements in the San Jose area. The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and delivering high-quality audit outcomes.

Required CPA or CPA progress, 3+ years in public accounting with nonprofit experience, and strong written and verbal communication. Salary range reflects San Francisco Bay Area norms and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA or in CPA process and public accounting experience.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience, including nonprofit work.
• Experience with Yellow Book and Single Audits is preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple client engagements throughout the year.
• Supervise associate level professionals and delegate tasks.
• Communicate and resolve issues with the audit engagement team.
• Develop audit strategy from planning to reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Draft financials and report audit findings.
