Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease (ABIM).
• Eligible for or holding an active, unrestricted medical license in Florida.
