Job summary

The University of California, Davis is recruiting three full-time faculty members in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, specializing in non-invasive cardiology. Positions are in the Professor of Clinical X or Health Sciences Clinical Professor series, at Assistant/Associate/Full Professor ranks.

The incumbents will provide expert clinical care in cardiovascular medicine with emphasis on echocardiography, teach students, residents, and fellows, and participate in university/public service.

Qualifications

• MD, MD/PhD, DO or equivalent degree.
• Board certification/eligibility in specialty.
• Medical licensure or eligible for licensure in California.
• ACGME accredited fellowship or equivalent experience.
• Teaching experience at undergraduate or graduate level.
• Strong clinical skills and interest in Cardiovascular Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Direct inpatient and outpatient clinical care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate with diverse group of cardiologists, surgeons, and nurse practitioners.
• Attend scheduled meetings and CME activities.
