The ideal candidate has led an NCR/CAR or corrective-action program on a DOE or commercial nuclear project, is comfortable facilitating root-cause evaluations, and knows how to challenge a weak causal chain without overstepping into engineering disposition authority. This person is highly organized, an exceptional technical writer, and confident holding the line on evidence even under schedule pressure.
