Shangri-La seeks a dependable Non-Solvent Processing Technician for our Stratford, CT manufacturing team. The role involves hands-on work with solventless cannabis processes, operating washing equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will prepare and process fresh frozen cannabis, clean and sanitize machinery, and assist with packaging, records, and inventory. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab settings preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated washing equipment to produce solventless cannabis extracts.
• Prepare and process fresh frozen cannabis material per SOPs.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain processing equipment and work areas.
• Dry, press, and post-process premium rosin products.
• Package finished products in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and inventory tracking.
• Inspect products for consistency and quality throughout processing.
