Bluegrass Orthopaedics (BGO) in Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible/non-eligible Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician to join a growing service line. The practice serves the Bluegrass region with a high-volume, patient-centered approach, supported by in-office imaging, therapy, and a collaborative team.

Candidates must be board certified or eligible, able to obtain Kentucky licensure, and hold BLS.

The Practice

As Kentucky’s leading provider of expert musculoskeletal care, Bluegrass Orthopaedics (BGO) serves its patients through a team of highly skilled specialists who are committed to the independent practice of medicine. This dynamic private practice is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified, or board-eligible Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician. The Sports Medicine service line is currently comprised of 3 physicians and 5 mid-level providers. Centered in Lexington, Kentucky, BGO has 12 sub-specialty physicians, 16 mid-level providers, 7 offices, in-office X-Ray and MRI, an outpatient surgical center, and 6 physical therapy locations.

The practice seeks a physician to continue the development of their strong Sports Medicine service line. BGO provides care to patients throughout the Bluegrass and Southern Kentucky region. We provide care for an immediate drawing area of approximately 630,000+ in the surrounding counties and an additional 500,000+ in our satellite catchment areas.
