Job summary

ELECTROLUX MIDEA APPLIANCE MANUFACT is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate with demand departments and source non-material items such as factory equipment spare parts, office supplies, and safety gear to support daily production needs. The role also includes outsourcing repair projects for equipment.

You will manage tendering, contracts, and acceptance, while working with user teams to gather requirements, place orders, and track delivery and inventory.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of direct procurement experience in a manufacturing company.
• Familiar with the basic construction of equipment, mechanical principles, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings.
• Familiar with industrial products market and supplier management systems.

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment spare parts, office and safety supplies to maintain safe inventory levels.
• Oversee equipment maintenance projects, including tendering, contracts, execution and payments.
• Coordinate with user departments to collect requirements, place orders, and track inbound delivery and material issuance.
• Streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time and costs.

Job Summary (or Job Overview)

Coordinate with demand departments, responsible for the procurement of non-material items such as factory equipment spare parts (standard parts/non-standard parts), office supplies, labor protection supplies, etc., to ensure the satisfaction of the factory's daily production consumption needs; implementation of equipment outsourcing repair projects;

Key Responsibilities

• (1) Responsible for the procurement of equipment spare parts (including standard and non-standard parts), office supplies, and safety supplies to maintain safe inventory levels;
• (2) Responsible for the implementation of equipment maintenance projects, including tendering, contract signing, process execution, and subsequent acceptance and payment;
• (3) Responsible for coordinating with user departments to collect procurement requirements, place orders, and track the inbound process and subsequent management of material issuance;
• (4) Optimize the procurement process to improve efficiency and reduce the procurement cycle and costs;

Essential Qualifications

• (1) Over 3 years of direct procurement experience in a manufacturing company;
• (2) Familiar with the basic construction of equipment, mechanical principles, basic principles of hydraulic systems, electrical systems of equipment, etc.;
• (3) Ability to read 2D/3D drawings;
• (4) Familiar with industrial products market and supplier management system;
