Job description

• Work with Engineering, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Business Resources, Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital to develop go‑to‑market processes to ensure battery electric products can go be introduced to specific countries.
• This includes setting up recycling suppliers with our purchasing team, working with regulatory compliance team to ensure there commercial regulations for Lithium Ion batteries are met for the targeted global territory.
• Developing the supply chain process that includes title transfers, import/export considerations to enable Client to continue owning batteries and chargers within the targeted territory
• Ability to manage projects to time, schedule and budget with knowledge in project management and project management tools
• The role will primarily support Mining (RI), Rail and Electric Power (EPD)
• Develop the go‑to‑market processes required for battery and charging services
• Immediate team is located in Mossville and the wider team is located in Peterborough, UK

Typical task breakdown:

• Research and scope out the needs to go‑to‑market for a specific battery electric product or charger.
• Facilitate and document meetings to develop the processes and actions required to set up the go‑to‑market transaction
• Work through the actions identified for themselves and program/project manage cross functional counterparts in their actions required.
• Report regularly to leadership on progress, gaps, risks and roadblocks encountered. Provide ideas on potential resolutions to any issues
• Escalate any issues that may incur
• Put into place the processes with defined roles and responsibilities and set a start date to begin.
• Identify any continuous improvement opportunities or next phases that need to be started.

Interaction with team

• Some interaction with immediate and wider divisional team. Primarily cross functional interaction with technical and non‑technical teams

Team Structure

• Project Leads with assigned projects.

Work environment

• International team – working across various time zones
• Dynamic – there are frequent changes due to the nature of the industry. Must react quickly to any changes identified or pivot if something does not work
