Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Eligible in cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examination of all patients seen.
• Provide high quality, cost-effective care based on evidence-based medicine.
• Adheres to standardized orders and guidelines approved by medical staff.
• Communicates with referring physicians, patients and families.
• Participates in education of patients and families.
• Coordinates patient care and referrals to other professionals as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of current medical practices and patient confidentiality.
• Complies with safety and reporting requirements.
