Job summary

US Heart & Vascular in Cumming/Johns Creek seeks a non-invasive Cardiologist to provide outpatient cardiovascular care at both office locations. Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease, with MD or DO, and Georgia licensure are required.

The role features a two-site practice, a defined 2-year partnership track with equity participation, and involvement in a robust clinical trials program to advance cardiovascular care for the community.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• General cardiovascular consultation and preventive/cardiometabolic risk management.
• Interpretation of echocardiography, vascular imaging, cardiac CT, and cardiac PET.
• Serving as Principal Investigator on clinical trials.
• Collaboration with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff across both sites.
• Development of referral relationships throughout the Cumming and Johns Creek communities.
