The role is on-site, full-time, with a strong referral base and support from multiple hospitals.

You will practice within an established team of 22 physicians and 19 APCs, enjoy autonomy with leadership opportunity, and benefit from a competitive package including relocation,

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• U.S. residency program completed

Responsibilities

• Join an established cardiovascular team with strong physician and APC support
• Schedule includes alternating weeks in clinic and hospital with APC support
• Practice across multiple hospitals in the Jacksonville area
• Opportunity for involvement in GME and physician education
