The role focuses on long-term care for chronic cardiovascular conditions, non-invasive testing, and collaboration with specialists to determine invasive needs. Indiana license and BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease are required.
Qualifikationen
- Board certification or eligibility in cardiovascular disease.
- Indiana medical license with CSR/DEA registration.
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Strong communication and EMR proficiency.
Aufgaben
- Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.
- Clinic patients per day: 20-25.
- Call Rotation: 1:6.
- Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests (2D/3D echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter, CT/MRI).
- Conduct risk assessments and implement interventions to prevent disease progression.
- Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons on invasive procedure decisions and post-procedural management.
