Job summary

Northwell Health Physician Partners is seeking a BE/BC non-invasive cardiologist to join a six-physician practice in southwestern Suffolk County. The role includes inpatient and outpatient consults, TTE/TEE, vascular ultrasound, and stress testing, with involvement in developing a cardiac CTA program.

You will have an opportunity for an academic appointment with The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell commensurate with credentials and experience within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology with a focus on non-invasive imaging.
• Experience with nuclear imaging, echocardiography, and vascular imaging is preferred.
• Familiarity with stress testing and cardiac CT is desirable.
• Academic appointment commensurate with credentials and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative cardiology services.
• Perform and interpret TTE/TEE and vascular ultrasound.
• Conduct exercise stress testing including stress echocardiography and nuclear imaging.
• Participate in developing a cardiac CTA program and contribute to the department.
• Collaborate within Northwell Health Physician Partners and academic affiliates.
