MEP Health seeks a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a thriving 5-member cardiology group serving a STEMI center across a large community. The outpatient-focused role includes inpatient consults and a collaborative team environment with two APPs.

Ideal candidates will have an ACGME-accredited Cardiology fellowship and Board Certification or Eligibility, with excellence in non-invasive procedures and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Fellowship trained in cardiology with ACGME accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cardiology services in outpatient setting with inpatient consults.
• Perform stress tests, Holter monitoring, device checks, and EKG interpretation.
• Conduct echocardiograms and related non-invasive cardiology assessments.
• Collaborate within a 5-member cardiology team including 2 APPs.
• Deliver high-quality care while supporting APP clinic duties 2 days per week.

Job description

We are seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a dedicated team supporting a STEMI center serving 9 counties and a population of 250,000.

Responsibilities include general cardiology, performing stress tests, Holter monitors, device checks, interpreting EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests. The role is outpatient-focused with inpatient consults, working within a 5-member cardiology group that includes 2 advanced practice providers (APPs).

Clinician support involves 2 days of APP clinic duties, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications include graduation from an ACGME-accredited Cardiology fellowship and Board Certification or Eligibility.

Key skills involve clinical competence in non-invasive cardiology procedures and excellent communication skills.
