Qualifications

• Read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Perform mathematical functions.
• Stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Handle fresh, dried, and processed products without allergies.
• Tolerate dust and cleaning agents during housekeeping.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful way.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• Maintain attendance and comply with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Price, stock, rotate, and restock merchandise to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory; inform manager of low stock.
• Handle damaged products per policy and control damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe department.
• Keep shelves stocked, signed, and faced per standards.
• Operate required equipment and follow QA standards.
• Adhere to safety, policies, and applicable regulations.
