Job summary

SA Recycling is seeking a weighmaster to join our yard team in El Paso, TX. You will weigh vehicles, inspect metal grades, and manage paperwork for purchases and required documentation.

Communicate with dispatch and drivers to align schedules and volumes, and assist customers with material needs while upholding safety and housekeeping standards. Candidates should be able to pass medical and drug tests, undergo background checks, and have basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Basic math and reading comprehension needed.

Responsibilities

• Weigh vehicles full and empty to record purchases.
• Inspect and determine metal grade for inventory tracking.
• Handle paperwork for business, deliveries, and required docs.
• Communicate with dispatch and truck drivers on schedules and volumes.
• Assist customers and resolve issues related to materials.
• Maintain clean, organized yard and perform end-of-shift reports.
