• Transport clients safely from their residences or to desired locations upon approval from insurance.
• Assist the helper/monitor with loading/unloading the client using a wheelchair or stretcher.
• Help the client from door to door.
• Maintain communication with the office, the helper/monitor, and clients.
• Assist with carrying up/down stairs when required.
• Sign in/out day‑surgery clients from the clinic when requested.
