Job Details

Salary: $18 - $19 per hour

Hours: 1st shift 6am-3:30pm

Days: Monday-Friday

The Quality Inspector Helper is responsible for providing constant support to the penetrant department. They will work under direct observation of a Level II or Level III inspector.

Job Requirements

• Process parts with care and attention to detail to support quality and inspection requirements.
• Perform routine preparation and handling steps according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Work closely with supervisors and inspection personnel, following direction and supporting daily operations as needed.
• Communicate quality concerns or process issues to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards.
• Assist with post‑process cleaning, handling, and preparation of parts.
• Support packaging and staging of completed work for next operations or shipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments.
• Ability to maintain positive attitude in fast paced and demanding work environment.
• Basic understanding of technical written instructions.
