Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Beavercreek, OH, is seeking an Engineer NDT to join our Mission Assurance team. You will inspect composite aerospace components and other articles, developing and implementing nondestructive inspection techniques to ensure quality at the lowest cost.

You will collaborate with design, project, and quality engineers to select the best NDT method, work on a collaborative team, and contribute to a proactive quality program in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of NDI experience.
• Active DoD Clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access.
• Must be able to work any shift.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Engineer NDT to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Beavercreek, OH where technology and teamwork come together. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Mission Assurance organization working in a collaborative environment while promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment.

NDT Engineer Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of NDI experience
• Active DoD Clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access
• Must be able to work any shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple Level III ASNT certifications
• Special Program Access

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
