Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Aide to deliver compassionate patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse. You will perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support patient comfort and safety in a clinical setting.

Certification from a state-approved CNA program is required within four months of hire, with basic English proficiency and willingness to learn computer skills. This position is desk-based in a healthcare environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program must be obtained within four months of hire.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to respond to patients' medical and physical needs.
• Basic computer knowledge required with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Obtain and record Vital Signs and weights per policy.
• Assist patients with ambulation and transfers.
• Position patients in correct body alignment in and out of bed.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Non-Certified Nursing Aide where under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
