Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in West Virginia is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Aide to provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility.

Certification from a state-approved CNA program must be obtained within four months of hire. English proficiency and basic computer skills are required to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to respond to patients' needs.
• Must have basic knowledge of computers and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Obtain and record Vital Signs and weights per policy.
• Assist patients with ambulation and transfers.
• Position patients in correct body alignment in and out of bed.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Non-Certified Nursing Aide where under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
