The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safe driving, and accurate handling of cash transactions. Candidates should be capable of determining efficient routes, loading/unloading parts, and supporting store inventory tasks across locations as needed.

• Receives, reviews, and processes delivery orders; maintains clear records.

Responsibilities

• Determine delivery priority and most efficient routes.
• Assist customers at the counter and on the phone; answer inquiries.
• Review orders for completeness before delivery; check in freight and stock.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Handle cash and credit transactions related to deliveries.
• Support store inventory processes at other locations if assigned.
• Adhere to Safety policies and wear PPE where required.
