The Naval Array Technical Support Center (NATSC) is a U.S. Navy facility operated by Leidos. NATSC provides repair, refurbishment, upgrades, and testing of Navy towed sonar arrays that support submarine and surface ship operations.

Leidos Defense & Maritime Readiness Division is seeking a dependable Truck Driver to make local deliveries using a non-CDL flatbed truck. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, deliveries on schedule, and professional customer service; candidates must meet DOT

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely handle deliveries.
• Must pass a DOT Physical.
• Previous experience supporting warehousing activities.
• Previous experience reading/interpreting warehouse storage plans.
• Experience operating standard office equipment.

Leidos delivers production engineering, logistics, and technical services to help keep these critical systems mission-ready for the U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers.

Leidos Defense & Maritime Readiness Divisionis seeking a dependable Truck Driver to make local deliveries using a non-CDL flatbed truck. Responsibilities include safely loading and transporting products, completing deliveries on schedule, assisting with loading and unloading, and providing professional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Vehicle loading and unloading.
• Material receipt and issue
• Inventory maintenance
• Receipt, issue, and location recordkeeping (hardcopy and electronic)
• Material movement (using hand and powered lift trucks)
• Packaging and preparation of materials for shipment
• All pertinent warehouse operations

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely handle deliveries..
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
• Previous experience supporting warehousing activities.
• Previous experience reading/interpreting warehouse storage plans.
• Experience with the operation of standard office equipment (phones, computer, fax, and copiers).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Must be a US Citizen and have Interim Secret clearance to start on program and obtain final Secret to remain on program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Local driving experience is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting NATSC warehousing activities.
• Previous experience reading/interpreting warehouse storage plans
• Previous experience reading/interpreting warehouse storage plans.

Additional Information

This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum wage requirements as well as the minimum Health and Welfare benefit. Leidos will ensure that all provisions are met through their wages and benefits. The pay for this position will be $21.58/hr.
