Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Straight Truck Driver to join our Elizabeth, NJ team. The role requires at least 1 year of verifiable straight truck experience, a valid license, and a DOT medical card.

Schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 AM with opportunities for full-time employment and benefits. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour, with the company noting the range may adjust by market conditions. Applicants must pass the road test and complete the full application process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable straight truck/box truck experience in the last 3 years.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical certificate required.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck and deliver to commercial and residential locations.
• Load/unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed.
• Deliver with 15–20 stops over roughly 250 miles driven daily.
• Complete deliveries timely and accurately; some installations may be required.

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Non-CDL Straight Truck Driver to join our team in ELIZABETH, NJ.

Candidates MUST HAVE AT Least 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 3 years.

• Verifiable Straight Truck Experience
• Pay : $25.00 per hour
• The above stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Straight Truck
• Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed
• touching freight is required 50% of time
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries- 15-20 stops
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations
• Approximately 250 miles driven daily
• Some Installations may be required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• DOT MEDICAL Required
• Clean driving record
• No speeding 15 over
• No DUI or criminal history
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable STRAIGHT TRUCK/BOX TRUCK experience
• Must complete full application process
• Must pass road test
