Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non Commercial Driver's License Non CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team in Massachusetts. You will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

Responsibilities include vehicle operations, on-time delivery, accurate paperwork, and occasional warehouse support to manage inventory and orders. Minimum age 21, valid license, background check, and DOT physical required.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non Commercial Driver's License Non CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

What You’ll Do

• Vehicle Operations & Safety: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Delivery & Documentation: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Warehouse Support: Support operational efficiency by working in the warehouse to manage inventory and orders when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum Requirements: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record. Must successfully meet background check, drug screen, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical requirements.
• Route Experience: At least one year of box truck route transportation experience is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (averaging 170 pounds), carry recycling bins over varied terrain (inclines, stairs, and ladders), and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Communication & Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

What We Offer

• Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Full time: Monday to Friday 6:30 until route end.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,000.00 - $66,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
