Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required (non-commercial).
• Prior truck/large vehicle driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a non-CDL trash truck on residential routes.
• Assist with waste collection, loading, and unloading.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents.
• Ensure routes are completed on schedule and report delays.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; document issues.
• Maintain records of waste collected, mileage, and fuel use.
• Collaborate with team to deliver efficient service.
• Other duties as assigned.
