Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Spotter in Manchester, CT to drive, transport and spot trailers at loading docks and staging areas. You will attach drive units to trailers, ensure smooth dock movement and assist with loading and unloading as required.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to follow safety procedures. The position offers comprehensive benefits and an hourly rate of $24.00.

Qualifications

• Performs duties as instructed by management.
• May be required to operate power industrial equipment.
• At least 2 year experience in similar position.
• Computer applications experience using MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attach drive unit to trailers to move to and from dock doors for loading and unloading.
• Inspects truck for defects, before and after trips and submits reports indicating truck condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
