Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Non-CDL Tow Truck Driver for a growing towing and transport company. This direct hire role offers benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime and rotating on-call duties. Pay is $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience, and training is provided if you have no prior towing experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate light-duty tow trucks, wreckers, and flatbeds.
• Transport vehicles and equipment locally.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections.
