Job summary

Genesis Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Non-CDL Route Delivery Driver for the nighttime shift. You will service a major convenience store chain with refrigerated trucks, unloading and scanning at each stop, and returning home daily.

This full-time position requires 21+, a safe driving record, and ability to load/unload with a hand truck and ramp/gate. Benefits include life insurance, PTO, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Non-CDL Straight Truck verifiable driving experience.
• Touch freight delivery experience preferred.
• Valid Non-CDL operator's license.
• Must be 21 and have a safe driving record.
• Ability to load/unload using a hand truck and ramp/lift gate.
• Willing and available to work all weekends and holidays.

Pay:$252.42 - $282.12 per day ; Route-based pay with strong earning potential.

Average annual earnings: $69,500

Drivers are paid weekly

Opportunities to increase earnings by going above and beyond - including taking additional stops and helping cover routes when other drivers are unavailable.

Paid orientation and training.

Schedule:

Estimated dispatch time: 4:00 PM.

Home daily with consistent local routes.

Full-time Night Shift - Includes mandatory weekends and holidays with two consecutive weekdays off. Must work all weekends and holidays.
