Job summary

Mack Logistics LLC in Mount Joy, PA is seeking a non-CDL Package Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $24.75 per hour with the potential for over $500 in monthly bonuses, and includes a company vehicle and gas card.

No CDL is required, with full-time and part-time options available. Shifts typically run 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, about 10 hours per day, with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age
• Willing to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday every week)
• Background check and drug test required
• Clean motor vehicle record for the past 7–10 years
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• No CDL required

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use company smartphone for routing, delivery information and customer communication.
• Navigate routes in rural, suburban and urban delivery areas.
• Deliver packages to customers' doors on time and safely.
• Drive various cargo vans and work outdoors in varying weather and at night.
