Job summary
Two Men and a Truck International Inc. in Arlington, TX is hiring non-CDL drivers to operate 26-foot moving trucks and deliver top-notch moving experiences. No CDL or prior moving experience is required, with paid training and a quick, friendly hiring process.
The role offers hourly pay ranging from $19 to $24 plus tips, weekly pay, bonus opportunities, health and dental plans, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible schedules include Saturdays and various full-time/part-time options.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and no more than 2 traffic violations within the past 3 years
- Ability to lift and carry furniture up to 75 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive a 26-foot moving truck safely to and from customer locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
- Safely move, load, unload, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Assist with inventory and organization of moving equipment
- Help protect customers' belongings and property throughout the move
- Work alongside the moving team to complete jobs safely and efficiently
