Job summary

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood in Lewisville, TX is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to ensure on-time delivery of product to customers and accurate completion of route paperwork.

You will assist with loading, handle payments when needed, and maintain safety and professionalism on the road. A HS diploma or GED and a Class C license are required, with driving experience preferred. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks and use hand trucks/pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• Route delivery vs OTR preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Class C driver's license (minimum).
• Driving record that meets company insurability standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on the route.
• Process route paperwork and returnable items.
• May load product onto the truck.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collect payments as needed.
• Pick up inbound product as required.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip paperwork, fueling, and logs.
• Communicate issues to customers and management as needed.
