Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver for our facility in Charlotte, NC. The role delivers equipment and materials to customers and requires safe, on-time transportation and accurate paperwork.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and on-call potential with extra pay. The driver will operate in compliance with state and federal laws, perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, and assist with loading/unloading when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CDL or chauffeur's license appropriate for vehicle weight.
• Background check and drug testing required by federal/state regulations.
• Must pass DOT physical; vehicle weight exceeds 10k lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment, products, and materials safely and on time.
• Operate vehicles following state and federal laws and company procedures.
• Maintain invoices and shipping documents; report maintenance needs to Shipping Supervisor.
• Support loading/unloading and assist with cargo handling as needed.
