Job summary

Southeast Building Supply Interests Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely and efficiently deliver building materials to our customers.

You will assist with loading, securing, and unloading while following DOT regulations and SBSI safety standards to support timely job site service. The role requires strong reliability, good communication with site contacts and dispatch, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of driving or delivery experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure loads using approved methods (straps, tarps, etc.).
• Operate vehicles under 26,000 lbs. GVWR per DOT regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading and material handling.
• Maintain delivery logs, fuel receipts, and signed paperwork per SBSI standards.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and site contacts.
