Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Non-CDL Driver in Springfield, OH to safely operate a non-CDL box truck and deliver goods on schedule. The role requires inspecting vehicles, maintaining documentation, and communicating with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required. Commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required depending on the position.
• Safe driving history with a strong commitment to defensive driving practices.
• Ability to inspect vehicles, identify safety concerns, and complete required documentation.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper cargo securement when applicable.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• As a Non-CDL Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations.
• You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
• A Non-CDL Driver helps keep commerce moving by safely transporting products where they are needed.
