Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to transport materials to customers and support loading/unloading activities. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and responsive service.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, handling returns, inspections, and daily vehicle checks. The position requires lifting loads, operating basic tech including iPads and WMS, and occasional overtime in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• 1–3 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly and 90 lbs occasionally.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate basic technology including iPads and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including loading/unloading and ensuring ticket delivery.
• Pickup customer returns and verify product for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the truck as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures.
• Assist warehouse staff with orders for shipment and with receiving, staging and stocking inventory.
• Work overtime as needed and comply with PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Pay Range

• $15.61 - $23.41 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
