Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a route/delivery associate in Livonia, MI to deliver materials, assist with loading and unloading, and complete paperwork with accuracy.

The role requires 2–3 years of delivery and warehouse experience, a valid CDL Class C license, and DOT medical card, plus comfort with iPads and warehouse management systems. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure ticket delivery.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product matches for credits.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections, fuel vehicle, and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling/preparing orders, receiving, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Overtime may be required.
• Adhere to safety rules including PPE and harness with weight cap of 400 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid state issued license isrequired

• Must have a Valid CDL C

• Mustcurrently, have,acquire, and/ormaintaina valid DOT Medical cardin order tomeet driver requirements

• Forklift driving experience isrequired

• 2-3years of delivery driving experiencerequired

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred

• Follow all DOT standards and regulations

• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbsregularly and 90lbsoccasionally

• A background in warehouse operations andlogistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus

• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach

• Able to navigate andoperatebasic technologyand software, including iPadsandWarehouse Management systems

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includesassistancewith loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material

• Pick up customer returns,validatingproduct match for credit requests

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor

• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures

• Assistwarehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying,stagingand stocking incoming material

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs

Pay Range:

$16.39 - $24.58

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
