Just‑In Time Moving & Storage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking full-time and part-time Non-CDL Drivers - Lead Movers to lead on moving jobs, drive the 26' truck safely, coordinate the crew, and deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and teamwork.

As a Lead Mover you will set expectations, mentor teammates, ensure safety procedures, and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of moving experience.
• Experience driving a 26' moving truck.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead driving the truck safely and guiding your crew.
• Assist hands-on with the move and set customer expectations.
• Balance efficiency and quality while following procedures.
• Problem-solve in real time and act as the main client contact.
• Model leadership and keep the team motivated throughout the day.

Just‑In Time Moving & Storage in Phoenix, AZ is hiring full‑time and part‑time Non-CDL Drivers - Lead Movers who are ready to step into a leadership role where professionalism and teamwork actually matter. WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

As our Non-CDL Driver - Lead Mover, you start your day by reporting to a central location, meeting your crew, reviewing the plan, and getting the truck ready to roll; once on-site, you take the lead-driving the truck safely, guiding your team, assisting hands‑on with the move, setting expectations with the customer, and ensuring every item is handled with care and professionalism. Throughout the day, you balance efficiency and quality, follow company procedures, problem‑solve in real time, and act as the main point of contact for the client, all while modeling leadership and keeping your team motivated.

What You Need:

• 2+ years of moving experience
• Experience driving a 26' moving truck
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs)
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage
• Strong, professional leadership skills
• Punctual, reliable, and customer‑focused

Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Pay: $22 – $25 per hour, plus bonuses and tips
• Schedule: Full- or part-time shifts available every Monday through Saturday
