Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a dedicated truck driver in Hawaii to deliver materials to customers and assist with loading and unloading. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am–3:30pm with overtime as needed and offers compensation starting at $27 per hour.

Candidates should be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a DOT Medical card. Training will include basic tech use (iPads) and a focus on safety, quality service, and driver responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must meet DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Able to operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading and ensure delivery with ticket.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving and stocking material as needed.
• Overtime may be required.
• Comply with PPE safety requirements, including using a safety harness where applicable.
