Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Tempe, AZ is hiring drivers (non-CDL) to move people and belongings safely. You’ll operate 26 ft. box trucks, perform daily inspections, and complete paperwork with customers.

We offer weekly pay, benefits including health, dental, and vision, paid training, 401(k), and career advancement opportunities. No CDL is required, with optional long-distance move opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, walking.
• Stamina – you won’t find a workout like this anywhere else!
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drivers safely operate moving trucks, perform daily truck inspections, and complete paperwork with customers.
• Provide positive energy and top-notch service.
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
